Marian Global School is a Cambridge-pathway school in Chikmagalur, built for families who want education to be both world-class and deeply child-centred. For the first time in Chikmagalur, we offer the globally recognised Cambridge curriculum, beginning with the Cambridge Early Years Programme (Ages 3–6) and transitioning seamlessly into Primary.

Our approach is holistic by design. In the early years, children learn through purposeful play, discovery, and reflection, developing not only early literacy and numeracy but also social confidence, self-regulation, and independence. Teachers act as facilitators and coaches, guiding curiosity with care, structure, and warmth in classrooms that are inviting, organised, and resource-rich — supported by both indoor and outdoor learning spaces.

A strong literacy foundation is central to our learning culture. Through a structured phonics and handwriting programme, we support learners of all home languages and English levels, with careful observation, daily check-ins, and personalised next steps rather than formal testing. STEM, inquiry, language enrichment, and age-appropriate digital literacy further expand how children explore ideas and express what they know.
